Email List

Broadcast Emails to List Members

Missionaries just send their email updates to the broadcast address (below), and those updates will immediately be delivered to their list members — and also saved in your archive. Replies are passed along to the missionary. Learn how it works →

Manage approved senders

Prefer not to broadcast? Broadcasting is optional. You can send weekly updates directly to your list members from your email instead:

  • Put your Save-to-Archive address in Bcc. Each email is saved to your Mission Archive, but isn't broadcast.
  • Use the Copy List button below to copy every member's address, ready to paste into Bcc.

Save-to-Archive Emails

Put this address in Bcc on a letter you send and it will automatically get saved to your Mission Archive — without being broadcast to your list. Bcc keeps it hidden, so replies stay out of your archive. You can also forward an email you've received to it; it's saved at its original send date.

Broadcasts are saved to your archive automatically — never add this address to a broadcast.

Already using an older archive address? It still works — but use this one from now on.

For Your Missionary: Manage the List by Email

No account or website access needed. Your missionary can email the commands below to this address to add or remove members, or see the full list.
