Import letters from Gmail
Bring the letters sent from a missionary's Gmail into their Mission Archive. Each one comes in as a letter, dated by when it was sent.
1. Get your export
- Sign in at takeout.google.com with the Gmail account the letters were sent from.
- Click Deselect all, then check Mail and click Next step.
- Click Create export.
- Google emails you when it's ready. Download every file it gives you — a .zip or an .mbox. There's no need to unzip it.
2. Pick your export
Drop your Gmail export here — the .zip or .mbox file, or every part if it came in several.
3. Choose the letters
Letters to fewer people are left out. Move the slider to leave out more.
We didn't find any letters sent to at least 20 people. Letters your missionary sent through MyMissionLetters are already in the Mission Archive.
