Refunds are not available once a digital book has been generated or a print order has been placed. A book is considered "generated" as soon as we start building the book (even if that attempt fails — contact support to abandon a stuck book). If neither has happened yet, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
A refund covers every payment on this list still within its own 30-day window, added together — for example, your plan plus a Pro Email List you bought later, if both are still inside 30 days. The exact amount is shown below. A full cancellation deactivates the list — your missionary email forwarding, broadcasts, saved content, and book access all stop — and your Mission Archive is permanently deleted 28 days after cancellation (if you change your mind within those 28 days, contact support). If some earlier payment's 30 days have already passed, that amount isn't included in the refund, but the list is still deactivated; to keep the list active or apply the unrefunded value, contact support instead.
